Mr. K.L. Nixon is the founder and Director of Madonna School. His vision is to ensure quality education where the students not only develop their knowledge but also their ethical and moral values. He is a successful Central Government Employee with more than 25 years of experience in Bharath Earth Movers Ltd. His sheer determination towards work had made him achieve several “Suggestion Awards” from BEML. After his voluntary retirement from BEML, he has invested his complete time in the development of Madonna School. He is the main pillar of strength on which the roots of Madonna School has been built he has ensured an overall academic environment for the development of students.
Mrs. E. A Shiny is a co-founder and the principal of Madonna School. She has got a rich experience of over 33 years in the field of Education. She has served as a Government School teacher in Kerala. Her goal is to provide a creative, intellectual and motivating child centered education system. She has ensured that all the teachers are trained and well equipped before they encounter the students. This has helped the school to reach great heights. She has achieved several awards from the Education Ministries for continuously achieving 100% pass result in the SSLC Public Exam. Her performance driven approach and perfect planning has contributed to the smooth functioning of the institution.
Mr. P.K.Jain is the Head Mater of our school. He joined teaching profession in the year 1983 as a lecturer in Govt Junior College kalasa, in Chickmangalur district of Karnataka. Later he shifted himself to Central Govy Education and rendered 27 years of long service in different capacities under Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan HRD, Govt of India. He has served in the KV's of Karnataka , Kerala, Bihar, Assam and Arunachal Pradesh. He was the NCC officer as well HWB Scout master during his govt service. He has been with us since 2013 having rich experience in the field of education and multitalented all around.
Ms. Donna Nixon is the Head of Student Resource Development, and the team is clearly focused towards the development and success of each student. She holds a Post-Graduation Degree in Business Administration and her desire to be the best has made her accomplish 1st Rank in Masters in Business Administration from Christ University. Before pursuing her Masters, she has completed her Bachelor's in Business Administration and has imbibed several qualities of Leadership which is vital in the day to day functions of the School Management. Her focus and goal oriented nature was the driving force for Mr. Nixon and Ms. Shiny to give her an opportunity to improve the functioning of Madonna School.
