ADMISSION PROCESS: 

Admission to Madonna School typically begins at the Nursery level. However, students can also be admitted to STD I to STD IX based on available vacancies. Application forms can be obtained from the school office starting in January each year. Completed application forms should be submitted to the school office along with photocopies of birth, caste, and transfer certificates within one week of receiving the application form.

Procedure of Admission:

1. Parental Presence: Both the father and mother must be present with the child during the admission process.

2. Nursery Admission: Admission to the Nursery class is based on an observation/interaction session with the parents and the child.

3. Admission to Other Classes: Admission to higher classes (1st to 9th) is based on the child’s performance in an assessment conducted by the school.

4. Discussion with Admissions Department: Parents are encouraged to have discussions with the admissions department to understand the school's rules and regulations.

5. Issuing of Application Form: Interested parents can obtain the application form from the school office.

6. Submission of Application Form: The filled application form should be submitted to the office within one week from the date of issue. Ensure that all details are furnished based on the original birth certificate of the child to avoid any discrepancies.

7. Enrollment: Once the admission process is complete, the child will be enrolled in the required class.
